What's involved in renting an apartment?

It's very simple. Browse our apartments and check availability.

When you find the place you like you can make a reservation on-line, or call us. We will then confirm its availability and you then pay us a deposit to confirm the reservation.

When you arrive, simply come to our office and check-in. You pay the balance and we give you the keys to your short-term home and escort you to the apartment. We will give you a welcome pack and full details.

On your departure day simply return the keys. Full procedures are explained at check-in.

What's included in the price of the apartment? Are taxes included in the price of the rental?

Electricity, water, gas and yes, ALL local taxes are included. All apartments come with FREE wi-fi internet. There are no hidden extras.

Are the prices per person or per apartment?

Prices are by apartment. For convenience we will also show price per person based on normal occupancy levels.

How much do I pay to confirm the booking?

To confirm your booking we will ask for a deposit on credit card. This secures the apartment for you. The rest is payable when you arrive.

What currency can I pay in?

Payment is only accepted in Euros.

How and when do I pay the remaining balance?

The balance can be paid up-front via credit card or bank transfer, or upon arrival at our offices at check-in by credit card.

Is there a security deposit that I have to pay on arrival?

We ask for a security deposit on arrival to cover any damage, normally this is a swipe of your credit card. Assuming there is no damage then this is returned to you on your departure. Normal cleaning is included in our service.

What is provided in the apartment?

All apartments are ready for you to use - bedding and towels are provided. In the kitchens there are typically plates, cups and cooking equipment, microwaves, toasters etc. All apartments have LCD TVs, stereos, wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Check with us if you are looking for something specific.

What about cleaning?

The apartment will have been professionally cleaned for your arrival. When you leave the apartment, we will clean the apartment again for the next client - this is included in the price.

How secure are my credit card details?

We use encrypted servers to store any credit card details. They are held in a 24 hour secure site. We have never had a problem with credit card security.

How do I get the keys?

We will give you your set of keys after full payment has been processed in our office. You will need to return the keys to us upon your departure or leave them in the apartment. Our staff will let you know the procedure on your arrival.

When can I arrive and depart?

You may check-in to your apartment as soon as it is available on the day of your arrival. This is usually about 14.00, but can be earlier. If you arrive late, after 8pm, or outside of office hours, a late check-in fee of Euros 30 applies. Check-in may be able after midnight by separate arrangement. You must check-out of the apartment by 11.00am on the day of your departure.

What happens if something goes wrong whilst I am staying in the apartment?

Our clients very rarely have problems with our apartments. If any of the appliances or equipment is not working please call the office number as soon as you realise. We will then facilitate a repair or a replacement.

What happens if I have to cancel?

A cancellation charge will be payable. The amount of the cancellation charge will depend how close to arrival you cancel the booking. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.

What if I don't like the apartment when I arrive?

All our apartments are as represented on the website. We will of course try to help with any queries or concerns you may have.

What happens if I lock myself out of the apartment?

First please be very careful with your keys! In case this does happen we have a 24 hours emergency number that will be manned by one of our staff. Please be patient and do not panic.

If your keys are lost you will be charged for a replacement copy plus an administration fee.

What is the minimum stay?

Usually this is 3 days. For some apartments it is 7 days, this is mentioned on all apartment descriptions.

Are pets allowed?

We are sorry but pets cannot usually be accommodated.

What about smoking?

You are not allowed to smoke in any of our apartments. This is due to both fire risk and damage to furniture etc. Please respect this condition.
