Although many Madrid visitors believe the only way to truly experience the city is to stay near its heart and centre, many Magic guests have had equally fantastic stays at some of our more removed apartments and townhouses, such as our Buen Futuro apartment.

Located on López de Hoyos, a well-connected street stretching from Paseo de la Castellana well into the more residential district of Chamartín, this two-bedroom, six-capacity apartment has served as an ideal ... Madrid base for many families, groups of friends and executive travellers who prefer to return to a more moderate environment after a busy day amidst the city centre’s hustle and bustle.

With one double bed, two twins and a snug sofa-bed in the lounge, Buen Futuro offers a bit of extra space, a more homey atmosphere and plenty of recreational choices, being just a hop, skip and a jump away from Príncipe de Vergara, a typical Madrilenian avenue—the National Auditorium of Music, for instance, is a mere seven-minute walk from the apartment building.

Nonetheless, being based a bit outside the city centre doesn’t mean visitors have to miss out on anything—on the contrary! A quick ride on the subway gets you to Gran Vía in no time. Like all of our less-centrally-located apartments, Buen Futuro offers the best of both worlds: A short journey to the buzzing centre, and a quieter escapade back at home..
